International registration of the patents is an important subject of registration law studies in the law dissertation. In the dissertation help, we aim to study registration law regarding real estates and properties. We exclude intellectual properties from our study. This subject has been studied in some of the PhD dissertations on law. We read that most of the researchers are not fully aware of registration law regarding registration of information while registering their patents. Here, the author discusses basic concepts such as patent and patent registration at first. Regarding patents, it is stated in the PhD dissertation that they are the rights that are granted by a state to innovators and inventors of that country. Patents are of significant economic value, thus certain rules and laws are applied to them. In the researches of law dissertation, we read that the patents could involve the whole range of productive and operational processes. We read in the law dissertation that in case of international registration of patents, international law are applied to them. In this case, no country could interfere in this process and in case of financial or commercial exploitation from the patents, it would be declared as an offender and will face punishments according to the legislated international law. We read in the law dissertation that despite legislation of the law on registration of patents and discoveries since 1932 in Iran, there are still researches with little or no knowledge of legitimacy of this type of registration. Therefore, different aspects of this issue are studied in the law dissertation.
